Where we ship We currently ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding — sign up to our newsletter to be notified when new regions open.

Processing time Orders are dispatched within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery time Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you complete your order and vary based on your location.

Shipping cost Free shipping is included automatically on 2-pack and 3-pack orders. Shipping on single-pack orders is calculated at checkout.

Order confirmation You'll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. If you have any concern about your order's status, contact us directly and we'll look into it for you.

Delays Occasionally, weather, holidays, or courier volume can delay delivery beyond the original estimate. If your order is significantly delayed, see our non-arrival guarantee in the Refund Policy.

Address accuracy Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to redirect a package once it has shipped, and we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
